The Opportunity

Our platform analyzes billions of dollars of B2B transactions each year, users spend 70% of their workday in Tesorio, and we save finance teams thousands of hours. As a result, they can invest more confidently and anticipate their capital needs further in advance.

To accelerate our growth trajectory, we’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Senior Manager to lead and execute Tesorio’s digital marketing strategy. The ideal candiate is an experienced digital marketer who’s excited about growing and scaling our digital programs at a fast growing start-up. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will be responsible for a major organizational growth driver.  Your day will be a mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution as you deliver aggressive growth.

Responsibilities

    • Own the entire digital marketing strategy of our paid digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media ads, display ads, retargeting and affiliate marketing
    • Manage day-to-day marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and drive revenue
    • Continuously test and optimize targeting, bid strategies, ad copy, creative, keyword and landing page experience to drive volume and ROI
    • Drive creative solutions and work with design to develop creative assets for digital marketing channels to achieve results
    • Create a dashboard and regularly report on a rigorous measurement plan with clear success metrics tied to driving strong growth 
    • Analyze the latest trends and technologies to determine successful tactics and identify new opportunities to drive growth
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in marketing, product and sales to create, support, and execute content and campaigns to support key initiatives
    • Manage the digital budget with a focus on delivering an outstanding cost per opportunity

Achievements

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 7+ years experience owning digital programs including paid search, paid social, display ads and affiliate channels management
    • Data-driven mindset with a proven track record in optimizing marketing campaigns to improve CTR/conversion rate and an ability to interpret analytics and data to drive decisions and strategy
    • Comfort with accountability and ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
    • Effective at designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, measuring and reporting on digital marketing’s impact on the business, and proposing improved ways of operating based on the data
    • Deep understanding of marketing attribution and mobile measurement platforms
    • Proven off-page SEO tactics surrounding link earning, content collaboration influencer outreach
    • Exceptional ability to plan, manage, and execute cross-functional programs and projects; successfully manages dependencies and risks, and makes the right decisions to deliver on time and on budget
    • Knowledge of modern MarTech stack with a in depth understanding of the overall digital landscape
    • Self-motivated with a passion for understanding customer behavior and conversion rate optimization
    • Demonstrate sound financial acumen and financial leadership
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills and the ability to respond positively to shifting priorities and demands
    • Energetic, passionate, with an appetite to grow
    • Start-up experience preferred
