What's the role?
Tevora is seeking a Manager to lead the delivery functions and processes of the Federal team.  The Manager will be responsible for the following key functions

A day in the life could include:

    • Lead the firm’s Federal delivery function, including establishing and maintaining KPIs, maintaining utilization goals, and updating processes to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
    • Participate in sales calls as the Federal subject matter expert and assist in formulating quotes, statement of work, pricing,g and timelines 
    • Mentor the Federal team members to ensure they have the appropriate tools, training, and knowledge to be successful (Prior experience working as a Federal team lead capacity required)
    • Draft and use metrics to measure the performance of Federal services to drive improvements 
    • Update and maintain process and methodology documentation 
    • Stay current on changes with FedRAMP, CMMC, and related standards 
    • Lead Federal related assessment activities against the FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC, NIST 800-171, CJIS and other related frameworks.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics relative to the operational and financial success of projects to include project profitability, employee utilization, and resource assignment
    • Able to travel up to 10% of the time for client-related engagements
    • Additional duties as assigned

Necessary skills and qualifications:

    • Current industry Cyber Security Certification CISSP, CISM, or other equivalent certification.
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required. Master’s Degree in a business discipline preferred
    • 5+ years of Assessment experience, preferably with a professional services firm
    • 3+ years of experience in a leadership position, including managing a team
    • At least 5 years of operational experience in the cybersecurity field
    • FedRAMP or CMMC Lead Auditor
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent customer service skills

$141,750 - $165,000 a year
