Goal of Job
Join our product team working to build a world class consumer experience and new model infrastructure. The product team helps articulate vision/ user & business case, develops supporting documentation, gathers buy-in and knows how to execute in partnership with Design, Engineering and Analytics. The PM role will support project and product management across app, mobile and web.

Responsibilities

    • Build great product for our users: 
    • Understand user needs and gather product requirements 
    • Document requirements and drive alignment on priority of scope and phasing
    • Partner with engineering and design on build, refinement and testing 
    • Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health

    • Listen to our users and iterate on our product: 
    • Lead user testing including qualitative and quantitative users
    • Track and summarize all feedback and product issues - close the loop with our users and advocate for priority feedback to be incorporated into product roadmap

    • Ensure we are aligned and building smartly:  
    • Breakdown quarterly and monthly OKRs into weekly sprint and ensure execution and delivery against milestones
    • Own product deployment cycles (dev testing, production push) and release note communication across internal teams and external users
    • Communicate priorities and fast-changing status to cross-functional partners and leadership

Experience Required

    • 4+ years in product management
    • Experience launching a new product at an early stage technical consumer company
    • Has strong consumer empathy to complement data in decision making
    • Deep understanding of user flows across platforms/devices, including app and responsive web design
    • Experience with best practices in product management
    • Experience with frameworks for user testing
    • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
    • Experience working on design-heavy, mobile-first consumer products, especially those products with ML/ranking component.
