Our program is centered around providing video classes created by healthcare professionals and safety experts. And we reward parent and caregiver participation with free, useful products that they need during that stage of development. We launched our program focused on safe sleep education and rewarded parents with our signature Baby Box sleep space, and have since expanded into other areas of safety education. By providing support throughout the parenting journey, we help moms, dads and caregivers parent confidently, so their kids can continue to thrive. 

The Baby Box Co. is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to help us revolutionize the way that we create a safer world for all kids through education with rewards for new and expecting parents. We want to develop longer-term relationships with our parents as we increase our course content and so we require a dynamic, creative, hands-on marketer who can straddle both digital and traditional marketing.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead all brand partner marketing programs with our brand partners, including defining messaging, marketing objectives, cross functional team leadership
Support marketing and design team to maintain website marketing content and messaging
Support on reporting needs and google analytics  tracking across product and marketing team
Monitor ad spend and recommend budgets
Provide support in managing digital agencies and projects with Acquisition and Retention Lead
Collaborate with marketing team in creating and executing programs to enhance customer experience
Assist the team in the measurement and analysis of both online and offline marketing programs
Optimize and troubleshoot Google Analytics to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years traditional marketing experience, preferably in CPG organization
MBA preferredExcellent project management and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders/functions
