Our program is centered around providing video classes created by healthcare professionals and safety experts. And we reward parent and caregiver participation with free, useful products that they need during that stage of development. We launched our program focused on safe sleep education and rewarded parents with our signature Baby Box sleep space, and have since expanded into other areas of safety education. By providing support throughout the parenting journey, we help moms, dads and caregivers parent confidently, so their kids can continue to thrive. 

The Senior Media Planner is responsible for working with business development on creating engaging, performance-driven partnership.  This role works closely with the business development and product teams to ensure that clients and partners are able to find success. This role will report into the Sr. Director of Business Development.

Main Responsibilities:

Partner with business development to understand client goals and objectives for desired media.
Work with all business teams needed to create and implement media plans that ensure fulfillment.
Create media plan templates and rate cards for packages that can be shared across client services and sales.
Perform all planning system entry functions and own product catalog in Salesforce.
Partner with product teams to help find new solutions for partner requests.
Provide analysis and feedback on partnership performance.
Work across teams to create process improvements that eliminate any bottlenecks.
Handle any and all ad-hoc requests in a timely, efficient manner.


Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years sales planning experience, preferably in infant/toddler CPG.
Success working with multiple teams and departments.
Think win-win for both The Baby Box Company and our partners.
Clear communication and presentation skills for showcasing sales opportunities.  
Ability to manage deadlines and provide quick turnaround based on internal and external feedback.
Strong attention to detail:  consistency in design, branding, and proofreading.  
Experience in Salesforce
Start up experience preferred but not required.
