The Black Tux is reinventing formal wear so people can show up at their best on the days that matter most. We design and manufacture modern rental suits and tuxedos that actually fit—made of 100% wool, ordered online, and delivered for free.
This role will perform order fulfillment and related administrative duties to enter, track, and ship orders. They will conduct regular audits of transaction details to ensure all orders maintain the required accuracy, customer service, and quality standards when being processed. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will use order tracking, and WMS system to process orders and maintain customer information.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare daily start and end of shift reports and prepares the area readiness checklist for team meetings
- Search for hot items in our work in progress locations to deliver on Available to Promise (ATP) metrics
- Process and monitor rush, escalated, next day, and tailoring orders
- Generate ideas for improvements to our fulfillment process regularly
- Handle complex projects and orders under pressure, while maintaining the quality of work
- Work on an assembly line as necessary to support outbound with creating, printing, and placing shipment on orders
- Provide solutions and takes ownership over time-sensitive orders
- Support other team members as needed thinking proactively and efficiently to solve problems together
- Keep the warehouse safe, organized, and in working condition at all times
Who You Are
- 1-2 years of fulfillment or warehouse-related experience
- Experience with a WMS system like HighJump is preferred
- Works well under pressure with little to no supervision
- Positive, confident, and enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, efficient with a passion for helping others
- Positive and professional communicator
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Not afraid to go the extra mile and always thinking of the customer

$24 - $24.71 an hour
The Order Fulfillment Specialist role is an onsite at our Los Angeles warehouse.
The hourly rate for this position will be $24.71/hr, compensation may vary based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and location. The Black Tux defines compensation plans using market data aligned with comparable companies at a similar stage and size as ours.
