The Marketing Coordinator will play a supporting role to senior members of the Acquisition team in the planning, execution, and analysis of performance marketing campaigns and our partnership program. They will help to identify optimization opportunities for future ROI improvement as well as aid in various other administrative tasks. This role reports to our Senior Marketing Manager.
 
What You Will Do:
·       Play a leading role in the outreach and project management of partnership programs
·       Execute and support paid media campaigns (e.g. affiliate, paid social)
·       Manage timely budget inputs to ensure reporting accuracy for senior stakeholders
·       Measure, analyze, and build reports to aid in the evaluation of marketing performance/campaign optimizations
·       Collaborate cross-functionally w/ Brand team to communicate upcoming team initiatives and ensure strategy alignment
·       Align stakeholders across teams to set expectations and maintain project deadlines
·       Create design/product/tech incident tickets for asset production, testing opportunities, or product enhancements/fixes
·       Produce channel specific landing pages and promo codes for key campaigns/optimizations/tests
·       Assist in the creation of general collateral/presentations as needed
·       10-15% of your time may be spent partnering with the broader acquisition team to help with various marketing initiatives, including execution of offers, campaigns, research projects and ad-hoc needs across paid channels

What You Will Need:
·       1-2 years of experience in a marketing related field
·       Basic understanding of the marketing/digital media landscape
·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
·       Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
·       Team player who looks forward to collaborating with other teams
·       Eager to learn and willing to tackle multiple tasks/projects 
·       Interest in e-commerce
·       Enthusiasm for being in-the-trenches, both analytically as well as in campaign management
 
Bonus Points: 
·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business, Communication/Media, Economics, Psychology/Sociology  
·       Knowledge of popular marketing platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager)
·       Experience with Google Analytics and/or other analytical tools
