As a Senior Financial Analyst within our dynamic team, you will help create the financial forecasting and reporting that supports our strategic decisions. Your expertise will be crucial in developing comprehensive budgets, crafting detailed financial models, and delivering insightful analysis that drives our business forward.
 
In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments, integrating financial strategies with broader company objectives and providing timely, actionable, optics to senior management and other stakeholders. With your exceptional financial modeling skills and strong analytical abilities, you will identify trends, opportunities for enhancement, and avenues for prudent fiscal management. As a key member of our finance team, your contributions will not only influence day-to-day decisions but also shape the long-term financial strategy of the company.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts for the Ecommerce and Retail business, using sophisticated financial models that incorporate best practices and dynamic formulas
    • Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis packages, which include variance analysis (actual vs. budget and year-over-year), dashboards with executive commentary, EBITDA bridges, headcount analysis, and key performance indicators
    • Collaborate closely with business partners across various departments to align financial strategies and initiatives with broader company objectives, ensuring seamless integration and mutual understanding of financial impacts and opportunities
    • Support financial planning and analysis activities, focusing on variance analysis for revenue and expenses, and presenting monthly financial results and performance reports
    • Provide senior management with detailed reports and presentations to ensure access to timely and relevant data for strategic decision-making
    • Help set departmental goals and objectives and ensure that deliverables are achieved
    • Develop and implement performance indicators to support long-term growth and strategic objectives, aiding operational leadership in decision-making processes
    • Proactively analyze business performance, identifying trends, growth opportunities, and areas for expense optimization

Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Finance, or Investment Banking, preferably in consumer-related or retail industries
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, and/or a related field
    • Strong financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail in complex data analysis, report creation, and spreadsheet management
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative solutions
    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, be a thought leader and use good judgment
    • Capable of navigating uncertain situations and proficient in creating new processes and reports from scratch
    • Excellent interpersonal and refined relationship-building skills
    • Experience with Oracle and Tableau is a plus

    • Competitive Base Salary Range of $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 USD + Equity Package
