The Project Coordinator manages the scheduling, logistics, planning, and execution of customer installations, ensuring efficient processes and minimal disruptions. This role involves coordinating pre-installation meetings, reviewing key documentation, and supporting the Field Support Services (FSS) team to meet productivity and safety goals. Additionally, the Project Coordinator provides ongoing technical and logistical support, ensuring smooth installations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Effectively manages customer installation scheduling, proactively avoiding last-minute changes to ensure smooth operations.
- Maximizes Field Service Specialists' productivity by optimizing installation schedules and coordinating based on customer locations and commitments.
- Ensures trackers are installed on schedule and correctly, per Tenna Procedures and Quality Standards.
- Ensures all installation plans are finalized before team deployments
- Writes detailed work orders to ensure the Field Service Team has the necessary information for effective and efficient installations.
- Holds internal and external stakeholders accountable to deadlines and ensures all stakeholders adhere to policies.
- Exhibits strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring installations and projects meet deadlines.
- Provides guidance and support to the Field Service Team to ensure their success.
- Assists the field team with change orders and facilitates the necessary workflows.
- Trains newly hired team members as needed.
- Provides ongoing training and support to the Team.
- Identifies and implements process improvements.
- Leads the Tenna Mechanic Certification Program, ensuring proper coordination and execution.
- Collaborates effectively with Sales, Distribution Center, and FSS Team.
- Ensures Flex Time is planned efficiently and follows the Flex Time Policy.
- Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintains clear, open, and prompt communication with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Follow up with customers and ensure they remain on track and meet deadlines.
- Keeps accurate records and documentation.
- Prioritizes safety protocols and addresses any unsafe conditions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience working in a dispatching, planning, or logistics-related role.
- A high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience is required.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project is required.
- Experience working within construction technology or the construction industry is an absolute plus.
- Ability to work within construction site environments, high/low temperatures, and outdoor elements on occasion.
- Strong attention to detail; vital planning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, can hold others accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.
- Diligence and organization in managing information.
- A self-motivated and adaptable person with a strong service orientation and “do what it takes” attitude.
- Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods and performing physical tasks at construction sites.
- Ability to travel when requested and perform tasks in varied environments, including airports, train stations, and construction sites.
