The Exterior Company (TEC) is expanding our in-home sales team in Lancaster! We’re looking for driven, high-energy sales professionals to connect homeowners with TEC’s premium services—primarily roofing, and occasionally siding and gutters.
What You'll Do:
- Attend Pre-Set Appointments: No cold calling—meet with qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest.
- Conduct In-Home Consultations: Perform roof inspections and deliver tailored product presentations.
- Present Solutions: Use our digital tools to share customized packages, pricing, and financing options.
- Close Sales: Help homeowners invest in their property and earn top-tier commissions in the process.
What you can Expect
- Paid Training: $500 per week for 5 weeks, designed to prepare you to succeed.
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 bonus paid out in addition to training pay plus additional monthly bonuses and fuel reimbursement
- Pre-Qualified Leads: You’ll work with scheduled appointments—no cold outreach.
- Tech-Enabled Sales Tools: Streamline your sales process with our customized software.
Who You Are:
- A confident, motivated self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
- Driven by results and financial success
- Comfortable with in-home consultations and physical tasks (ladder climbing, attic/crawlspace inspection)
- Available for afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments
- Equipped with a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

- Ability to perform physical tasks, including ladder climbing and small-space entry.
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required.
