What You’ll Do:
- Promote TEC’s services and products to potential customers and communicate effectively through the job pipeline.
- Develop and maintain customer relationship by using a combination of leads, door knocking, and referrals.
- Perform roof and exterior inspections (we’ll teach you how to do this safely and professionally).
- Help customers understand their insurance claims process and how we can support them.
- Provide project estimates.
- Grow your own book of business through referrals and great customer service.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is motivated to succeed and excited by the idea of earning what they’re worth.
- Enjoys talking to people and building connections.
- Is eager to learn something new and open to coaching.
- Doesn’t mind working outdoors and being physically active.
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

$75,000 - $150,000 a year
