The Opportunity
We’re hiring a General Manager to lead our new Pittsburgh location. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage a growing sales team and project supervisors, and take full ownership of production.
This is not a desk job. We need someone who thrives in the field, drives results, and knows how to build trust with both customers and crews. You’ll be the bridge between our national vision and local execution—ensuring this branch gets off the ground strong and scales fast.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all aspects of the Pittsburgh branch including sales, project supervision, production, and warehouse coordination.
Hire, train, and coach team members to perform at a high level and represent the TEC brand.
Own branch-level P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth through smart leadership and execution.
Maintain strong field visibility and be actively involved in daily operations and job sites.
Ensure cross-functional alignment between sales, operations, and customer service.
Act as the primary site leader, serving as the go-to for staff support and escalation.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in construction, roofing, or a related industry.
3+ years of experience in a leadership role with multi-functional oversight (sales, operations, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a clear bias toward action.
Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, project management systems, and scheduling software preferred.
