House Majority PAC is an organization designed to hold Republicans accountable and help elect more House Democrats. House Majority PAC is committed to building a long-term organization that can take on the Republican outside groups in the battle for the House Majority.

Regional Political Directors will be responsible for developing and executing independent expenditure strategies in a set of congressional races around the country, primarily through paid advertising efforts. They will report directly to the Political Director and Deputy Independent Expenditure Director and will work closely with digital, research, and operations teams.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of HMP’s independent program execution in assigned races.

Partner with vendors and consultant teams to develop and execute programming, including opinion research instruments, mail plans and creative, and advertising plans and creative for radio, television, and digital communications.

Manage workflow for vendors efficiently and effectively to ensure timely delivery of products that integrate into HMP’s internal research and legal approval process.

Partner with allied organizations to develop and execute coordinated programming in targeted districts.

Coordinate with operations staff to ensure timely and compliant delivery of creative assets, ad buy executions, and FEC reporting.

Track electoral developments across assigned House races and run weekly calls and briefings.

Monitor races daily, providing strategic assessments and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated commitment to promoting Democratic values and causes

Minimum 5 years experience in electoral campaigns, particularly in House races.

Experience managing or running paid media campaigns - particularly linear television, digital and mail - with large budgets ($1 million+) is highly valued.

Proven management experience—successfully leading teams, overseeing consultants, and managing complex processes under tight deadlines.

Experience working on House campaigns, political committees, or consulting firms managing multiple projects efficiently.

Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple races and responsibilities simultaneously without losing track of details, and an ability to work proactively and independently.

Experience ensuring compliance with FEC regulations and managing reporting processes.

Ability to work under pressure, especially during the high-intensity election cycle, with flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed.

Excellent communication skills, with a focus on leadership and collaboration across teams.

LOCATION:                  Washington, DC
START DATE:               Rolling Basis, now thru the end of 2025
END DATE:       December 2026
TRAVEL:                       Little to no travel will be required
SALARY:                      $120,000 annualized
 
This is a temporary [cycle-based], at will position with an anticipated end date of no later than December 15, 2026
