Responsibilities:
·       Develop and communicate a compelling creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, best practices, and strategic objectives.
·       Lead and inspire an external team of creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
·       Generate original and innovative visual concepts that effectively communicate the desired message or story across multi-channel platforms and multiple mediums.
·       Oversee the creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget across various channels.
·       Ensure visual elements maintain brand consistency and adhere to established design standards across all projects and mediums.
·       Work closely with marketing, channel teams, and leadership to understand their objectives, present creative concepts, and incorporate feedback to meet project goals across diverse channels.
·       Collaborate with cross-functional such as marketing, communications, and creative producers to integrate visual elements seamlessly into broader campaigns spanning multiple mediums.
·       Maintain high standards of creative best practices and review all deliverables to ensure they meet quality benchmarks across various channels and mediums.
·       Continually monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, integrating relevant advancements into creative processes across different channels.
·       Effectively present and articulate creative concepts to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating constructive feedback for projects spanning multiple channels and mediums.
 
Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
·       8+ years of relevant experience as an Art Director in a $200M consumer brand.
·       5+ years of experience leading internal and contract creatives.
·       Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful projects across various mediums and multi-channel platforms.
·       In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
·       Continuous learning mindset with a commitment to staying updated on design trends and technological advancements across diverse channels and mediums.
·       Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
·       Versatile and innovative problem solver with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals.
·       Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, leadership, and retail partners.
·       Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
