talent from Stanford GSB, Wish.com, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
●  Drive continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing partners and logistic operations. ●  Establish, measure and validate quality metrics then consolidate data sources to streamline critical quality improvement initiatives ●  Prepare and manage factory assessment/audit, qualification ●  Work closely with Sourcing and Merchandising teams on product launches, continuous improvement and support ongoing production ●  Leverage experience and knowledge of the sourcing base, ensure that they are socially complied ●  Keep abreast on latest regulations and implement necessary adjustments for compliance ●  Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product quality improvement ●  Develop, implement and manage CA/PA programs, and share the learning for process improvement ●  Establish solid working connections with key internal and external partners to guarantee all quality systems, best practices and tools are properly rolled out and utilized DESIRED SKILLS:
●  Experience leading technical quality improvement initiatives ●  Auditor certification or auditing experience in consumer goods industries ●  Knowledge of relevant quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, etc.). ●  Quality management experience within manufacturing, processing engineering in CPG ●  Strong understanding of quality management principles ●  Proven track record of. Evidence of ability to think strategically and communicate in a structured way ●  Proven track record in driving impact - e.g. defect reduction, continuous improvement or efficiency improvement.
