OVERVIEW:
The Senior Sales Operations Manager is responsible for managing the outbound flow of all customer orders, ensuring best business practices are being optimized between interdepartmental functions; with the key goal of maximizing total sales volumes for all divisions and brands.
The Senior Sales Operations Manager will work directly with the Sales, Operations and Finance teams; to ensure the smooth running of our company and will contribute to driving sustainable growth by coordinating all of the necessary functions needed to maximize the allocation of inventory to sales orders, and support and direct the efforts of the In-House teams to achieve the North American Divisions sales goals and objectives.
The Senior Sales Operations Manager will also support the Sales Department in all aspects of the order cycle; from the B2B and B2C systems initial order placement through to the shipping process. They will work as part of our Sales, Operations and Finance team.
The tasks of the Senior Sales Operations Manager will include the day to day management of the Operations, In-House and multi-brand production teams, inventory mapping, allocations, planning, data/B2B management, sales tools and sales administration.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead, train, and mentor the operations, in-house sales, multi-brand production staff in their duties.
· Be across and understand company financial and sales goals.
· In collaboration with the sales and in-house teams, supervise and review the preparation of the monthly sales outlook.
Review and monitor warehouse workload, inbound and order to optimize the allocation and pick run process to achieve division monthly target.
Provide relevant information to sales to facilitate/optimize the order release process.
Monitor and manage compliance to retailers routing manuals from the onboarding of news customers to the ongoing updates.

Coordinate internally with all departments
Oversee and manage the order book of all brands across the division from data entry of the initial order (BTB, EDI…) to the completion of the order.
Product set up accuracy/line plan, NuOrder, AP21
Provide BtoB tool
Ensure accuracy of data (dates, prices, seasons, order types, discount %...)
Based on inbound, system and order flow, optimized allocation of stock and pick run processes.
Monitor and review inventory level, inventory ageing, stock transfer.
Work with demand planning and shipping teams to improve and develop processes to ensure timely delivery
Monitor and coordinate with In-house, sales management and finance to release orders in a timely manner to maximize order flow and minimize attrition.
Maintain a clean order book and cancel orders when required.

Data accuracy (LP multi brand), AP21 (pricing, notes…), NuOrder
Coordinate seasonal product date with production and aid in product set up as needed
Data maintenance of B2B and NuOrder
Manage the maintenance/proofing of Sales Tools i.e. Line Plan information, B2B systems, Catalogs, Online & Excel Order forms
Responsible for all system trainings for internal and external staff
Work closely with ERP and other software provider teams (AP21, ShipExec, SPS, Open text…) to maintain, enhance and implement operational tools
· Reporting and other operational processes
In collaboration with VP Operations, ongoing review of all operational processes
Provide accurate ad hoc analysis and reporting for the sales department and Divisional Sales Management, as needed.
Establish or refine systems and processes for seamless day-to-day operations
Supervision and management of In-house quality control process
Prebook, daily and other relevant reports (maintain, enhance and implement)
· Work with divisional sales managers and production teams to;
Coordinate receipt of samples
Create sample orders
Facilitate process of pulling sample orders
· Other duties as assigned.
· Reports to the VP Finance & Operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
· 7+ years of progressive operations or supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
· Experience in Wholesale consumer goods distribution strongly preferred.
· Proven track record in high-volume warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment environments (including DTC and wholesale).
· Strong leadership and team development skills; experience managing cross-functional teams (warehouse, logistics, customer service, etc.).
· Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners
· Collaborative leadership style with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
· Proficient in ERP, EDI and WMS systems.
· Advanced Excel skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
· Experience implementing or optimizing operational systems and processes.
· Ability to oversee demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
· Ability to adapt quickly to change and drive continuous improvement in operations.
$125,000 - $135,000 a year
