A private/white label bridge jewelry company seeking a full-time Operations & Sales Support Associate to join team in Downtown LA. This role is essential to the success of one of our largest accounts and will directly support the Account Executive.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage tasks, but creates structure, anticipates needs, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. You will be the detail-driven backbone of the account—keeping projects moving, systems organized, and communication seamless between the retailer, factories, and internal teams. The right candidate will take pride in their ability to bring order to a fast-paced environment and actively take on tasks so the account manager can focus on high-level priorities. Must have exceptional time management capabilities and a strong aptitude for balancing competing priorities. This role offers an excellent entry point for emerging talent to gain exposure to a high-value account, absorb industry best practices, and develop the foundational skills needed for future account management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Clerical & Data Management
Enter and maintain a high volume of technical specs, item set-ups, and system data
Ensure accuracy of account documentation, testing reports, and compliance tracking
Maintain up-to-date product information and follow through on all changes
Sample & Product Management
Review and approve new samples for quality, accuracy, and compliance with account requirements before they move into production
Managing samples that are being counter-sourced (multi-vendor sourcing), and communicating corrections and approvals
Manage sample preparation and shipping for photography, marketing, and key meetings
Track and organize samples, ensuring timely delivery and proper recordkeeping
Account & Operational Support
Provide day-to-day operational and sales support to the Account Executive
Maintain professional communication with clients, factories, and internal teams
Proactively anticipate needs, follow up without prompting, and resolve issues quickly
Serve as the in-house expert for this account, owning details and deadlines
Process & Systems Development
Create and refine systems that streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Identify opportunities to reduce errors and enhance organization
Support quarterly assessments of product performance to flag quality or functionality concerns
Qualifications
Hands-on jewelry industry experience preferred but not necessary
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience communicating with international accounts or vendors.
A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building structure out of complexity
Someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and consistently delivers results that support the success of the account
Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
Experience with Target POL systems is a strong plus
$64,000 - $80,000 a year
