About the Role
This high-profile position offers an unparalleled opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact within a high-growth business. As the Executive Director (ED) of International Student Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team, bringing strategic vision, focus, and innovative thinking to the complex challenges of increasing revenues and driving future growth in a competitive market.

In this role, you will optimize the team’s productivity and conversion efficiency. By driving their performance, you will ensure student recruitment efforts are maximized to achieve ambitious growth targets, while also ensuring that every team member develops the necessary skills to deliver high-quality results.

You will be expected to cultivate collaborative relationships with senior figures across various institutions and departments, drive new initiatives, and stay continuously updated with new products and market changes.

As a driven, enthusiastic, and motivational leader, you should have proven experience in managing a sales team within the education sector and the capability to recruit sales professionals. You will also manage Global and Regional Directors, enhancing the presence of GUS and its partner brands in targeted regions. A commercial and strategic thinker, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to progress within a forward-thinking, dynamic, and innovative organization.
