The Role: Head of Partnerships
We’re looking for a strategic and highly credible higher education professional with deep knowledge of international recruitment processes and a strong commercial mindset. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth from new and existing business by building and managing senior-level relationships across UK universities, shaping partnerships that support mutual growth and the adoption of Enroly's technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Focus on developing the new business pipeline, with a particular focus on growing “top of funnel”.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Own and grow partnerships with key university stakeholders (e.g. Directors/Heads of Admissions or International, Compliance Leads).
- Partnership Development: Identify opportunities to expand Enroly’s reach across the sector through new relationships, product adoption, and institutional engagement.
- Sector Expertise: Act as the voice of the sector internally—bringing insights from the admissions and international recruitment landscape to inform product, marketing, and growth strategies.
- University Onboarding & Expansion: Support partner onboarding and drive expansion within existing institutions through upselling and consultative engagement.
- Representation & Thought Leadership: Represent Enroly at industry events and conferences (e.g. BUILA, UCAS, UUKi), contributing to our reputation as a trusted sector partner.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure institutional needs are reflected across all areas of the business.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in UK higher education, specifically within international recruitment or admissions.
- Held roles such as Senior International Officer, Regional Manager, Head of International Recruitment, or similar.
- Deep understanding of the recruitment of international students, including CAS, visa and admissions processes, with first-hand knowledge of compliance, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
- Desirable: Understanding or experience of UK (home/EU) student recruitment and admissions.
- A commercially driven background in the private sector with direct ownership of revenue growth
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in engaging with senior university leaders and navigating complex institutional environments.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, scaling, tech-enabled business with high levels of autonomy and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to spot opportunities, pitch value, and build trust over time.
