Position Summary:
Therabody is seeking a Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing to lead influencer and creator initiatives across the US. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that build meaningful relationships with influencers and creators, driving brand awareness, credibility, engagement, and affinity for Therabody’s innovative portfolio of wellness, beauty, and performance recovery products. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate influencer programming into broader marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling and impactful results that strengthen Therabody’s position as a leader in wellness technology.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute US-focused influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives across wellness, beauty, and performance verticals
· Identify, engage, and manage relationships with macro, mid-tier, and micro-influencers who authentically align with Therabody’s ethos
· Build and nurture a robust network of influencers, creators, and talent managers in the US wellness, beauty, and performance categories
· Lead end-to-end influencer campaign management, including briefing, negotiation, contracting, activation, and content approvals
· Strategically seed products to top-tier creators and emerging talent to maximize organic reach and authentic integration
· Drive whitelisting and amplification strategies to optimize paid influencer content performance
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Social, PR/Communications, Retail Marketing, and Creative teams to integrate influencer programming into broader campaigns
· Partner with the Social team to ensure influencer content aligns with Therabody’s visual identity, voice, and strategic objectives
· Manage influencer budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI and EMV
· Plan and execute influencer events, experiential activations, and in-person touchpoints to deepen relationships and drive content generation
· Oversee influencer affiliate initiatives and partnerships to drive DTC sales growth
· Monitor, track, and report campaign performance, deriving actionable insights to optimize future initiatives and inform broader marketing strategies
· Stay ahead of influencer, social, and cultural trends to drive innovation in Therabody’s approach
· Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure influencer content and claims meet FDA and brand guidelines
· Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer partners, agencies, and talent representatives
· Support and mentor coordinator or associate team members (if applicable) to drive excellence in execution
· Conduct competitive analyses to identify whitespace opportunities and ensure Therabody remains an influencer marketing leader within the wellness technology space
· Identify new content formats, emerging creators, and platform opportunities to keep the brand at the forefront of digital culture
· Lead campaign recaps, showcasing influencer content, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for future planning

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
· 3-5 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably within wellness, performance, fitness, or beauty industries
· Strong network of influencer and talent relationships in the US market across performance recovery, wellness, and beauty categories
· Proven track record of developing and executing influencer campaigns that drive measurable results
· Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
· Deep understanding of social media platforms, creator economy trends, and content best practices
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
· Knowledge of influencer + social platforms, Tribe, CreatorIQ, etc.
· Self-starter with a proactive mindset and collaborative approach
· Passion for wellness, beauty, recovery, and innovative technologies that help people feel better
$110,000 - $120,000 a year
