To assist with our ambitious expansion plans we are currently looking for a Technical Recruitment Specialist

The Role:

As a Technical Recruitment Specialist, its your role to find the path to the very best software engineers & technical professionals out there...and know how to engage with them to pique their interest. We do not hire sales people in our HR team...be genuine, authentic & understand the domain when engaging. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be joining an enthused, high performing talent team who are keen to find another smart, driven talent geek to work with us!

What You'll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for bringing in high quality candidates from within the Digital space, particularly, but not exclusively for the Technology team (Software Engineers, Developers In Test, DevOps, Data Engineers etc). You may also get to work on some associated Commercial roles from time to time. Talent acquisition is a critical focus for the business to achieve strategic goals, so you will be an advocate for influencing employer brand perception externally across all hiring levels to help attract new talent into the business.
The focus here is on quality. You will be expected to hire through direct channels and bring with you a strong digital network & excellent sourcing skills, but there is a strong likelihood that you will need to genuinely partner with recruitment firms as well at times. You will tackle some immediate open roles, as well as take the lead on pipelining for succession planning and areas of continued hiring.

What You'll Bring On Board:
You will have proven yourself as in house sourcer/ recruiter working for a fast paced digital business/RPO. You will have in-depth experience of recruiting for a high performing Technology team, covering areas such as; Software Engineering, Development In Test, DevOps etc. Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider applicants who do not have proven technology & in house recruitment experience, although a breadth across other non-tech areas such as commercial, product, UX/design, analytics would be useful.
Curious, pragmatic and intelligent, you will be driven by achieving great results whilst ensuring that you consult and can effectively do so at a senior level. There is loads of opportunity to influence and shape our rapidly growing business.
It’s critical that you are confident in your ability to use direct sourcing tools, and you should bring a clear vision of what great Technology talent looks like as well as how to find it and attract it in this high demand area.
As a subject matter expert you will have a highly collaborative approach, and through your expertise, you will add great value and leadership in how you recruit and manage tomorrow’s talent.
You will be able to work with pace and agility, combining tenacity with rigour, exuding sound judgment and be truly excited about being part of an already highly successful business that is consistently pushing the boundaries to ensure they are creating the best user experience possible.
