Our mission is to make rail and coach travel easier and more accessible through smart and real-time travel information, the best prices and a seamless booking experience. Display and Paid Social play critical roles in communicating this to prospective customers and converting them into loyal customers.
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Display & Paid Social Manager with a track record of successfully managing global accounts to lead our in-house team. You will be someone who enjoys working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, from Advertising Ops to Creative, to plan and deliver successful campaigns.
On top of this, you will be data-driven and commercially-minded with a particular interest in keeping informed of industry changes and tackling measurement challenges!

Key Responsibilities

-Defining and delivering the channel strategies, with a view to efficiently scaling Display and Paid Social
-Ensuring both channels remain within budget and hit performance targets
-Management of an in-house Display & Paid Social team
-Hands-on end-to-end campaign execution
-Management and delivery of a continuous testing and optimisation roadmap
-Working closely with the App Acquisition team to drive app installs
-Working with the Creative team to ensure assets are highly optimised for each market
-Regular reporting of performance using DV360, social media platforms, Tableau and Google Analytics
-Working alongside other channels to identify areas for collaboration
-Keeping up-to-date with changes to the landscape (e.g. tech, legislation) that will impact performance or present opportunities
-Improving understanding of Display and Paid Social within the business and being the go-to subject matter expert for key stakeholders

Requirements

-A real subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of both Display and Paid Social, associated tools and technologies
-Highly proficient using DV360, Campaign Manager and Facebook
-Strong communication and collaborative working skills
-Line management experience
-Data-driven and highly competent with data analysis
-Experience with analytics suites, e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
-Minimum 2:1 degree (STEM subject preferred)
-Preferred: Experience with - or good understanding of – other digital marketing channels, e.g. SEO, PPC, Affiliates, CRM
-Preferred: Second language
