Purpose of the Role
To support our ambitious vision of bringing together all rail, coach and other travel services into one simple experience we are looking for smart & talented technology graduates who can share in the mission to solve our engineering challenges.
During an exciting 18 month programme you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest in UK tech. From supporting our Mobile Apps that handle millions of visits every month to working on the backend of our platform solving challenges around journey planning that involves millions of individual routes.
Throughout the scheme you will be closely mentored and guided by our engineers and given every opportunity to take your knowledge to the next level in both on-site development sessions and external conferences + talks.

In our London office we support our staff with regular events on and off-site. Whether this is through partnering with Code First: Girls where we support their campaign to help 20,000 young women to code, to working with Charities such as Future Frontiers who help equip students from disadvantaged background achieve their career aspirations.
What are we looking for?
- A degree in Computer Science or similar STEM degree
- An active interest in Software Engineering, potentially with a personal GitHub
- Strong communication skills in English
- A fast learner
- Love of Trains + Train Travel a big bonus!
