Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be joining an enthused, high performing talent team who are keen to find another smart and driven person to work with us!
What You'll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for supporting the wider talent team in bringing in high quality candidates from within the Digital space, particularly, but not exclusively for the Tech and Growth teams - you may also get to work on some associated more corporate function-oriented roles from time to time. Talent acquisition is a critical focus for the business to achieve strategic goals, so you will be an advocate for influencing employer brand perception externally across all hiring levels to help attract new talent into the business.
The focus here is on quality. You will be expected to hire through direct channels and bring with you a strong digital network & excellent sourcing skills. You'll take the lead on pipelining for succession planning and areas of continued hiring as well as tackle some immediate open roles with end to end responsibility.
What You'll Bring:
You will have proven yourself as in house sourcer/recruiter working for a fast-paced digital business/RPO or a modern style agency. You will have in-depth experience of recruiting for a high performing Technology team (Software Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure/DevOps)
Curious, pragmatic and intelligent, you will be driven by achieving great results and giving great candidate experience, whilst also being able to interact with internal stakeholders where needed. Over time, there will be opportunity to influence and shape our rapidly growing business.
It’s critical that you are confident in your ability to use direct sourcing tools compiling clear mapping docs as you go, and you should bring a clear vision of what great talent looks like as well as how to find it and attract it in this high demand area.
As a subject matter expert, you will have a highly collaborative approach, and through your expertise, you will add great value and leadership in how you recruit and manage tomorrow’s talent.
