Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000

Overview of the role
The Senior Marketing Analyst will serve as a data-driven marketing leader, overseeing The Trevor Project’s campaign, marketing, and brand performance, as well as the organization’s market insights collection and analysis. This person will regularly identify and communicate brand trends and actionable insights to better inform marketing and content strategies. Reporting to the Director of Campaigns, the Senior Marketing Analyst will regularly collaborate with many of The Trevor Project’s teams to help augment marketing successes and drive forward organization goals.

What you'll do

    • Develop standard measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing and brand performance; develop key benchmarks to establish data-driven indicators of success
    • Develop MVP reporting capabilities across the marketing organization, with an eye to building on and improving over time
    • Oversee the holistic analysis and reporting of marketing and brand performance, including but not limited to marketing channel performance (e.g., social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and Web), brand health performance (e.g., awareness, consideration, and use of The Trevor Project), among others
    • Analyze the impacts of marketing campaigns and activities on the awareness of The Trevor Project, on the use of its Crisis Services among LGBTQ young people, as well as on other key goals
    • Derive and deliver campaign and marketing insights to key collaborating teams, such as the Data, Content, Social Media, and Campaigns teams, to help optimize marketing efforts, augment marketing successes, ensure operational success, and drive organizational growth
    • Collaborate with Content stakeholders and other members of the Marketing team to ensure marketing and brand insights inform the regular optimization of content and campaign strategy, assets, messaging, formats, etc. 
    • Identify relevant analytics tools and platforms to incorporate into the organization’s marketing stack
    • Other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned
