We’re a purpose-driven company looking for a Revenue Analyst to drive smarter decisions for our commercialization team and key stakeholders. Reporting directly to a Sr. Manager, Analytics, you will have clear visibility into company direction and strategy. In this pivotal position, you’ll build out robust dashboards, reports, and processes to predict and highlight changes in commercialization and carrier optimizations to improve monetization.


    • Build and maintain reports, dashboards and visualizations that communicate impact, business insights and recommendations to the Commercialization team.
    • Take a self-starter approach to analyzing insurance carriers and account revenue trends towards optimization and recommend actions to improve monetization, diversify risk, and act proactively on opportunities.
    • Contribute to weekly product and carrier pacing reports, carrier update reports, and ad hoc carrier requests.
    • Create new KPIs and add new metrics for our reporting tool to empower the team to be self-sufficient in their data reporting.
    • Support Senior Revenue Analysts by catching material changes in our KPIs, digging into the cause, and providing thorough reports on what is driving those changes.
    • Become a subject matter expert in Revenue metrics and related data. 
    • Equip the Account Management and Business Development team with data in order to:
    • Support account improvement and growth, leading to higher satisfaction and profitability for our carrier partners
    • Diversify carrier representation
    • Minimize business exposure 
    • Create more competition among carriers for each product
    • Collaborate with other analysts, the data team, and data science to establish best practices and to investigate cross-departmental opportunities while also reporting on company wide performance.


    • 2+ years professional (or comparable) analyst experience
    • Experience with SQL and relational databases
    • Experience with BI platforms, e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe or Google Analytics
    • Strong attention to detail
    • A passion for problem solving with strong analytical capabilities
    • Ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity, effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture, and handle risk and uncertainty


    • Experience in B2C
    • Experience with cloud-based databases (ie Snowflake)
    • Experience or interest with statistics (regression, t-tests, chi-square, etc.)
    • Programming experience in R
    • Insurance, E-Commerce, or Finance Industry experience
