Thin Air Labs is looking for a Customer Success champion to help our Impact Services team shape and deliver key services for the ventures we work with. In this role, your most important priority is creating and elevating a venture’s happiness and satisfaction with the continual service we provide them.

To achieve that top priority, you will will be responsible for:

    • Collaborating with Thin Air team members to discover the current needs of a venture
    • Organizing and executing proposals
    • Preparing ventures to work collaboratively with our Impact Services team
    • Managing the venture’s journey interacting with Thin Air’s Impact Services
    • Ensuring the venture is receiving the value and impact they expect
    • Fostering a founder-first mindset throughout all stages of the engagement process
    • Collecting feedback from ventures at all stages of their journey

As a key participant in building Thin Air Labs, you will participate in:

    • Preparing content & documents to setup ventures for success
    • Collaboratively set measures of success and report results
    • Experiment with ways to continually enhance the venture’s experience
    • Assess and modify how we use software tools to be more effective
    • Execute independent projects to build more capabilities internally

Qualifications:

    • Passionate about technology and its impact on the world
    • You have an insatiable interest in new applications, trends and breaking developments
    • Street smart, with the right balance of optimism and common sense
    • You are practical and focus on tangible results
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • You deeply appreciate ventures and their journeys, and are able to connect with ventures on behalf of Thin Air Labs 
    • You are keen to immerse yourself in Alberta’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and contribute to its development
    • Independent, with limited need for supervision and self-driven to get tasks done 
    • Effective written and oral communication skills. This means knowing how to write professionally and speak persuasively
    • Strong organizational skills. You will need to juggle many projects and will be working with the entire investment team
