The Campus Recruiter leads talent acquisition for AHEAD’s Early Career Programs, including Launch, Internship, and AHEAD Sales University. This role manages structured campus recruiting cycles, builds university partnerships, and ensures a seamless candidate experience. The recruiter collaborates with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, refine strategies, and continuously improve program outcomes.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead recruiting efforts for AHEAD’s Early Career Programs (Launch, Internship, AHEAD Sales University)
    • Manage structured campus hiring cycles, source top early career talent, and support onboarding and mentorship initiatives
    • Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, and Finance to forecast and align hiring needs with business objectives
    • Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers
    • Collect and analyze feedback to improve recruiting processes and program effectiveness
    • Oversee recruiting for Mid-Market Business Development Representative roles
    • Develop and streamline recruiting strategies tailored to early career talent
    • Manage recruiting vendors and diversity-focused partnerships to expand sourcing reach
    • Identify and implement new recruiting trends, including social media and digital engagement
    • Travel and represent AHEAD at events and career fairs as needed
    • Define and apply best practices for early career programs in collaboration with business stakeholders

Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of full-life cycle recruiting in a campus recruiting environment
    • Experience planning and executing recruiting and networking events
    • Experience creating and executing sourcing strategies to identify students
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with early talent sourcing platforms, such as Handshake or LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Knowledge of the campus recruiting landscape and experience developing event strategies and innovative approaches to attracting early talent to corporate opportunities
$60,000 - $90,000 a year

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
