AHEAD is seeking a data-driven and analytical self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations and is passionate about empowering teams to make smarter decisions. As a Data Analyst supporting Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and enhancing our Go-to-Market (GTM) team that includes Sales, Partner Alliances and Marketing. In this position, you will work closely with operations, finance, and engineering teams to identify organizational priorities and drive intelligence throughout the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce PSA, PowerBI, Glean, and Copilot to create impactful dashboards, reports, and business reviews tailored for the GTM Team.
- Analyze business data to uncover patterns and trends, identify scalable opportunities, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Compile and distribute reports to stakeholders at all levels—ranging from leadership to individual contributors—on a regular schedule, including daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
- Design and implement new reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Salesforce Analytics to improve visibility of key metrics.
- Continuously refine processes and system configurations to streamline operations and ensure the accuracy of data across platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Salesforce Platform Suite.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues using data and technology.
- Experience working independently and adept at following process documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring effective management of simultaneous tasks.
- Strong documentation skills for maintaining process records and supporting business needs.
- Previous experience in a SalesOrganization as a Salesforce Administrator is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Glean, Copilot, OpenAI, and Perplexity.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a strong drive to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
Education and Experience
- Minimum Required – Highschool Equivalency 2 years of experience
- Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree/2 years of experience
$78,000 - $88,000 a year

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
