About Us: 
At Ethereal Archives, we’re building a movement. Our mission is to preserve the stories behind cherished objects—bridging legacy, luxury, and technology. As we gear up for launch, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join us on an initial 6-month contract. This role is ideal for a multi-talented, driven creative who thrives in fast-paced, purpose-led environments. You'll be at the core of our marketing and creative efforts—strategizing, executing, and designing to bring our brand to life.

Marketing & Strategy

    • Develop and execute our end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, social, and content platforms
    • Own the content calendar and campaign timelines- planning around launches, features, and community moments
    • Collaborate with the founder and the team to shape our brand voice and positioning
    • Create marketing materials for product, events, and ads (both digital and physical)
    • Work closely with paper click strategist to develop and create paid ad materials
    • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet growth goals

Social Media & Content Creation

    • Lead content ideation and creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and our blog
    • Plan, film, and edit high-quality Reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content
    • Write compelling captions, micro-narratives, and blog posts tailored to collectors and creatives
    • Create engaging content for paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
    • Work directly with our SEO advisor to maximize reach and growth
    • Lead creative communitymanagement: engage authentically with followers, spark conversations, and turn audience interactions into brand-building moments

Design & Visual Storytelling

    • Lead design across all marketing assets (social, digital, email, print)
    • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
    • Collaborate with the product team on visual storytelling that aligns with our UX
    • Design PR materials, influencer box inserts, and packaging when needed

Requirements

    • Excellent writing and communication skills, including persuasive copywriting and salesmanship
    • Industry-specific knowledge or technical understanding of luxury, fashion, or collectible markets
    • Deep understanding of sales methods and marketing distribution channels
    • Strong ability to influence internal teams and external audiences
    • Collaborative mindset and able to work effectively with sales, marketing, product, and production teams
    • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to explain strategies across departments
    • Strong grasp of business fundamentals: revenue planning, metrics, and growth KPIs
    • Creative problem-solver who is passionate about understanding customer pain points and solving them
    • Ability to balance vision and detail: someone who can lead and execute

Performance Goals

    • Establish a strong social media presence and following
    • Deliver 10–12 pieces of high-quality content/month
    • Launch and optimize 2 paid campaigns/month
    • Deliver marketing presentations and materials for 2–3 major initiatives or product moments
    • Increase organic blog traffic by 20% in 6 months
