The Opportunity
Thinkingbox is looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join our award-winning team in Chicago! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, driving excellence in delivery, and supporting client relationships through execution. You’ll collaborate closely with creatives, developers, and strategists to bring world-class work to life across digital, experiential, and content production.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously – balancing scope, timelines, and budgets – while ensuring our clients feel supported and our internal teams are set up for success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day production of digital and content projects from kickoff through final delivery
- Serve as a key client contact for project execution, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships
- Lead scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and workflow for multiple projects at once
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to problem-solve and keep projects on track
- Anticipate risks, identify solutions, and communicate updates clearly to both clients and internal stakeholders
- Support pitches and proposals with production insights and executional planning
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and innovation across the production team
- Ensure delivery of high-quality creative work on time and on budget
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Producer in an agency, studio, or production environment
- Strong background in content and digital production (Live Action, Post, Design, Interactive, etc.)
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and build trust
- Solid project management abilities—detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at multitasking
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Experience working with cross-functional creative and technical teams
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Familiarity with project management tools, Mac environments, and Google Workspace
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or shoots
