HR or People Operations Experience

  • Do you have at least 4 years of experience working in HR or People Operations?
  • Do you currently hold a SHRM or HRCI certification? (Not required—just helpful for us to know!)
  • Can you share your experience using Paylocity (or a similar HRIS/payroll system)? Which functions have you used most (e.g., payroll processing, benefits, reporting, or system administration), and how comfortable are you navigating the platform day-to-day?
