Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team in Hampton, Virginia. The Business Development Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic analysis, market research, and business intelligence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, develop key insights, and contribute to the success of our business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans and initiatives for business growth and expansion.
    • Generate detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to senior management.
    • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, including the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients and partners.
    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including leads, contacts, and opportunities.
    • Provide Technical Support to Programs

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Relevant and equivalent Degrees and/or Certifications may be considered to meet this requirement.
    • 2+ years of experience in business development, market research, or strategic analysis.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Additional Information

    • This is a full-time remote position.
    • Travel will be required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
