Description
We are looking for a highly organized Junior Delivery Manager who has a passion to learn, to support clients in unlocking both experience and business value. An individual who has a drive to immerse themselves into a collaborative workspace through a project lifecycle.    

The Junior Delivery Managers will collaborate with cross functional teams to support project planning, financial forecasting, program communications, risk and issue tracking, and scope management.   

You’ll blend project management skills with the scrum mindset to bring an uncompromising focus on delivering to project/program milestones and the ability to motivate teams to achieve them. 

What You’ll Do

    • Support with cross functional teams through new engagements to build project proposal, estimation, roadmap, while creating experience solutions that are holistic and executable. 
    • Under delivery lead’s direction, oversee the implementation of small-scale project scope/requirements through the project lifecycle. 
    • Facilitate project ceremonies with an Agile approach to estimate stories, prioritize and deliver value. Sessions may include project kick off, discovery, roadmap and estimation planning, and sprint demo. 
    • Support project resourcing activities through project planning, resource meetings and tooling setup 
    • Maintain a transparent approach to risk management that is both qualitative and quantitative. Identify and de-risk issues early, provide visibility on project impact and mitigations strategies with clear next actions. 
    • Monitor project estimates and budgets to meet budgetary objectives, while taking prompt action to prevent slippage on either front. 
    • Provide internally and externally visibility through regular reporting and communicate progress and risks at both sprint and overall project level. 

What You’ll Bring

    • +1 years of program management experience delivering digital products. 
    • Post-Secondary degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. 
    • Experience leading projects with multiple tasks in a professional services environment – with knowledge of product lifecycle from discovery to implementation. 
    • Risk management with proven ability to establish approaches and decision-making which continuously mitigate risks. 
    • Working knowledge of digital platforms and technology frameworks. 
    • Proficiency with agile methodology, such as Scrum and Kanban. 
    • Experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, and any other project management tools. 
    • Passion with a drive to overcome challenges. You have a bias for action and facilitate team consensus. 

Great-to-haves

    • SCRUM Master certification or relevant experience. 
    • Agency or consultancy experience.
