Requirements
- Current license from the Tennessee Board of Occupational Therapy
- Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience (preferred)
- Passion for educational equity and whole-child support
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
- Must pass a background check
Compensation (based on experience and assignment type):
Employees (W2): $63,000-$85,000/year
1099 Contractor: $38–$54/hour
