Requirements:
- Current license from the Tennessee Department of Education
- NCSP credential (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience (preferred)
- Passion for educational equity and whole-child support
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
- Must pass a background check
Compensation:
Employee (W2): $70,000–$85,000/year
1099 Contractor: $55–$75/hour
