Requirements
- Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Tennessee licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience (preferred)
- Passion for educational equity and whole-child support
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
- Must pass a background check
Compensation:
1099 Contractor: $26–$38/hour
