Thrive Market is seeking an entry-level Analyst/Coordinator for the Business Development and Partnerships team.  This role will be responsible for managing the execution of campaigns, reporting, data maintenance, and cross-functional project management with other Thrive teams. The role requires superb attention to detail and organization as it includes daily, weekly and monthly administrative responsibilities that are mission-critical to the functioning of the team.  The Coordinator will report to the Head of Partnerships, but will also assist other members of the team.  While administrative tasks are a significant portion of the role, the Coordinator will also get a chance to own in-bound partnerships that drive real memberships and revenue for the company.  The right person for the job is hard-working, diligent, and excited to learn the ropes of business development within a fast-growing startup.


    • Coordinate onboarding of new partners including VIP partners contracting process, payout structure recording and reporting/tracking for data science team
    • Track active campaigns and create analytical reports to share with Partnerships team and promote ongoing support from influencers
    • Work with tech/product teams to create landing page requests and bug fix tickets for new and ongoing projects
    • Interface with Thrive’s Content, Creative, and IT teams to ensure all Director’s campaign deliverables are managed for each project, including e-books, custom emails, blog content, instructions, and marketing emails
    • Work with Partnerships and Content team to develop and distribute editorial content that drives engagement and conversions of Thrive memberships amongst partners’ audiences
    • Exhibit a high level of competence in detail-oriented tasks, such as report creation and campaign pipeline management
    • Ensure all partnerships, events, and programs are on track for each Director of Partnerships
    • Provide executive administrative support to the Head of Partnerships and Directors of Partnerships team


    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Professional internship or full-time work experience in a fast-paced organization
    • Familiarity with creating online landing pages and customized links
    • Fluency in Google Analytics and other online tracking metrics
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Innovative, collaborative, highly-organized, self-motivated
