THE ROLE
Thrive Market’s ERP team is seeking a Senior Netsuite Developer!
We are looking for a brilliant, dedicated, and hardworking NetSuite Developer to help us build and maintain high-impact products alongside our ERP Team. We are seeking a Senior ERP developer with hands-on experience in developing interfaces using both standard and custom NetSuite APIs.
In this role, we hope to find someone who is equally excited about our mission, learning the technology behind the company, and can work cross-functionally with other teams.
This is a remote role, but candidates must be available to work in the PST time zone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain advanced technical solutions related to NetSuite workflows, scripting, and customizations.
- Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts to provide technical support and implement solutions.
- Assist in decision-making related to system implementation, modifications, and maintenance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence, including requirements, technical solutions, test cases, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
- Provide technical assistance and conduct code reviews for other NetSuite developers.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to management.
- Coach and mentor developers to ensure adherence to NetSuite best practices and data governance standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience developing interfaces using standard and custom NetSuite APIs.
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development, including user event scripts, scheduled scripts, map/reduce, Suitelet, and Restlet scripts.
- Experience integrating EDI into NetSuite for procurement and billing.
- Expertise in building custom NetSuite UIs and developing complex workflows.
- Experience converting SuiteScript 1.0 to 2.x.
- Experience in automated testing tools (preferred).
- Integration experience with Coupa, Dayforce, and Anaplan (preferred).
- Strong functional knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Purchasing, Receiving, Warehouse Management, and ASNs.
- Experience with AWS development, including Airflow, S3 buckets, DAGs, and Snowflake databases.

JOB INFORMATION:
- Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $140,000- $170,000/Per Year.
- Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
- Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Unlimited PTO, and more!
