THE ROLE

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving new member acquisition through Paid Social channels and new test channels. This is an exciting role for someone looking to have ownership of crucial acquisition channels that directly impact the business’s growth. Someone who enjoys turning data into action and has an inherent curiosity and desire to learn through testing will love this role. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Member Growth

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plan, develop, and implement best-in-class paid social advertising campaigns  
    • Manage day-to-day media operations; including optimization, reporting, and testing
    • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reporting plus ad hoc analysis to determine short and long-term optimizations and support forecasting needs
    • Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure we’re meeting budget and on pace to hit business objectives and marketing KPIs 
    • Leverage all data sources to regularly analyze paid health in channel and portfolioHelp inform new media buying tactics, audience testing, and creative opportunities to assist in the development of an ongoing testing roadmap
    • Manage and scale clear and operational creative testing structures into performance-driving levers
    • Rigorously analyze creative data and pinpoint which creative elements, visuals, or messages are driving/dragging performance
    • Consistently research new advertising trends and tactics to ensure our media buying discipline is cutting-edge and up-to-date
    • Help inform and drive media buying innovation by connecting testing and optimization results into daily operations
    • Partner closely with cross functional teams, including analytics and tech, to build growth solutions that improve channel performance and efficiency 

QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field
    • 4+ years of user acquisition marketing, specifically in Social and Video
    • Hands-on experience managing digital marketing platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, optimize, and scale million-dollar performance marketing budgets
    • Highly analytical; comfortable working with large data sets, optimizing for KPIs, and turning analysis into action
    • Excellent communication (written, verbal & presentation) skillsProven track record in determining meaningful testing hypotheses and articulating desired creative outcomes with cross functional creative partners Experience in subscription, e-commerce and/or health, grocery or wellness
    • Highly inquisitive and able to dig deep into the data to determine causation/correlation of campaign changes, creative fatigue, industry trends, seasonality, and external events
    • Demonstrated ability to clearly and consistently communicate performance, performance-drivers, and intended actions
    • Highly driven to improve performance, take initiative, take calculated risks, and enact operational and strategic change
    • Consistently researches new advertising trends and tactics and is passionate about creative best practices 
    • Proven experience managing and scaling clear and operational creative testing structures into performance-driving levers
