THE ROLE

We’re seeking a highly organized and analytical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within our perishable category portfolio. This role will focus on optimizing key workflows, coordinating seasonal transitions, supporting sourcing pilots, and improving operational performance across merchandising, fulfillment, and quality. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a strong operational mindset to strategic work-streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage end-to-end execution of key merchandising initiatives within short-shelf-life categories
    • Drive seasonal readiness plans, assortment transitions, and packaging/process updates in partnership with internal teams
    • Serve as the primary point of contact across Merchandising, Fulfillment, Quality, Planning, and Product as needed
    • Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables
    • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and accountability through effective communication and reporting
    • Anticipate risks and roadblocks and implement proactive mitigation plans
    • Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Partner with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights for ongoing improvements in quality, efficiency, and customer experience
    • Report regularly to internal leadership on program milestones and outcomes
    • Document and improve internal workflows to support scalability and consistency across initiatives
    • Identify opportunities for automation or tool development, collaborating with Tech and Product teams when appropriate
    • Maintain strong documentation and process continuity across project cycles

QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2–4+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within merchandising, supply chain, operations, or e-commerce
    • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance tracking tools and dashboards
    • Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Experience working with perishable or short-shelf-life products preferred but not required
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet) and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker)
    • Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail
    • Bonus Points for Experience:
    • Experience in food, grocery, or CPG industries
    • Background in supply chain, category management, or quality operations
    • Experience working with WMS (e.g. NetSuite, Relex)

JOB INFORMATION

    • Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000/Per Year. 
    • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
