We currently have an opening for an Inbound Fulfillment Specialist – Cold Storage where you will be on the front lines contributing to awesome member experiences! That same experience applies to co-workers, the community, and our vendors.

Schedule:

Tuesday - Friday, from 5:30am-4pm (overtime as needed)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the Receiving area by unloading freight, breaking down pallets, separating items, inspect, audit, scan and stow away with safety, care, and speed.
Confirm product integrity, checking for overages, shortages, or damage.
Must be willing to work in a cold / freezer work environment.
Must be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -10 degrees to 40 degrees Fahrenheit and outside ambient temperatures (including heat and cold).
Perform other duties as assigned with the flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours, as necessary.
Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, or other records.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Prior logistics, fulfillment and/or industry experience (preferred)
High attention to detail and accuracy required.
Must be able to count and compute math.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
Experience with hand-held scanners (preferred)

JOB INFORMATION

Compensation Description - The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location and/or shift differentials.
Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Accrued PTO, and more!
