THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-moving Talent Acquisition team. This person will play a key role in creating a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring that our hiring processes are consistent, engaging, and aligned with Thrive’s values. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the details, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is excited to build meaningful candidate touchpoints behind the scenes.
This position follows a light hybrid schedule, with in-office presence at our LA office once per week. There will also be quarterly in-person commitments that may require being onsite for a full week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, acting as the liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Ensure a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout every step of the hiring process
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote Thrive’s mission
- Assist in reviewing inbound applicants and assist with screening prioritization
- Regularly review job postings across internal and external platforms to ensure accurate and consistent information
- Support the upkeep of Thrive’s standardized hiring process, documentation, and workflows
- Assist with coordinating pre-brief and debrief sessions for interviews
- Monitor and manage candidate communication across job platforms and inboxes
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for in-person interviews as needed
- Support background check and onboarding processes in partnership with People Ops and IT
- Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across our ATS and internal tracking systems
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 0–2 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative support role (bonus points for in-house recruiting experience)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and collaboration tools like Zoom and Google Workspace is a plus!
- Passion for candidate experience and a team-first attitude

JOB INFORMATION
- Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $21-$25/hr
- Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
