About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Data and Analytics Specialist to support our growth team with campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in paid media and analytics tools who can jump in and provide immediate impact.
$40 - $50 an hour
Responsibilities
- Support campaign tracking and reporting across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Assist with setting up, configuring, and QA’ing event tagging for campaigns primarily on Web but eventually on Mobile
- Ensure consistency and accurate tracking and data flow between GA4, Google Ads, and BI tools (Amplitude preferred) through proper UTM and conversion goal setup.
- Build or update dashboards in Amplitude or similar tools (Looker, Mode, Tableau) to monitor UA campaign performance.
- Review UA campaign data and share actionable insights on performance trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the team on ad hoc reporting needs and lightweight analysis.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience working with Google Ads,Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 (Google Analytics 4).
- Comfortable setting up and checking event tags for paid campaigns.
Proficiency with at least one analytics/BI tool such as Amplitude (preferred), Looker, Mode, Tableau, etc.
- Ability to analyze UA campaign performance and communicate findings clearly.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic SQL for simple queries.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Exposure to email platforms (e.g., Brevo, SendGrid, or similar).
