Tide Cleaners places lockers at the most convenient locations in large cities to operate as a full-service, 24/7 dry cleaner and laundromat. Customers simply bring their clothes to any of our lockers 24/7, place their order through our app, and get notified when their clothes are ready two days later.
The Tide Cleaners team is looking for a Consumer Sales Manager to help create the best fabric-care experience for our customers. As a Consumer Sales Manager for your region, your primary responsibility is to introduce our services to new consumers and deliver new customers profitably.

The ideal candidate:

    • Excited to join a growing team
    • Excellent with written and verbal communication and loves story-telling
    • Comfortable managing a consumer sales plan to outperform expectations for sales and revenue
    • Highly organized and eager to learn new systems
    • Familiar with new technologies (software, mobile, CRM, Microsoft excel)
    • Attentive to details
    • Has a start-up mentality. Willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done
    • Earned a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

Responsibilities include: 

    • Executing a local market sales plan and managing a funnel to deliver new customers
    • Event coordination, planning, and execution
    • Relationship building with existing partners
    • Working with marketing partners to define a consumer marketing plan including direct mail, digital marketing, outdoor and on-premise advertising
    • Working with Product Marketing and Graphic Design team to execute region-specific digital & field campaigns
    • Networking events
    • Share learnings with other sales and marketing managers and working in a team setting
    • Testing new acquisition and engagement methods
    • Scheduling event staffing agencies
