Your main duties in flying with us
- Identify, pitch, and secure new B2B non-API partners across verticals such as banks, rewards platforms, mobile OEMs, telcos, ad networks, and more — with the goal of distributing tiket.com’s hotels, flights, and attractions inventory
- Explore new segments such as e-commerce, insurance, super apps, and employee benefit platforms that can also serve as distribution partners for tiket.com's travel products
- Structure partnerships with clear monetization models (e.g., CPS/CPA, co-brands, volume incentives)
- Manage the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, activation, optimization, and renewal
- Collaborate with internal marketing, tech, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign launches
- Conduct regular partner reviews, address issues promptly, and identify growth opportunities
- Plan and execute lean-tech activations such as voucher drops, preloads, banner swaps, and deep link campaigns
- Utilize tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker and internal dashboards to monitor and optimize performance
- Ensure proper tracking infrastructure is in place for campaigns (S2S, deep links, redirect parameters)
- Achieve and surpass assigned KPIs: B2B Gross Booking Value (GBV), Orders, Net Take Rate, and Contribution Margin (EBITDA)
- Align partner incentives with performance to drive measurable value through each partnership
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Document and refine best practices for scalable non-API partnership activation
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B partnerships, affiliate marketing, digital distribution, or light-tech ecosystem management
- Proven track record in managing performance-based partnerships (CPL, CPA, white-label, affiliate)
- Familiarity with AppsFlyer, postbacks, deep links, and tracking links (no deep coding required)
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and manage multiple partner verticals
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Regional (Southeast Asia) partnership experience
- Experience working with OEMs, app stores, or alternative distribution platforms
- Familiarity with affiliate dashboards, media buying platforms, or rewards systems
