Your main duties in flying with us:

    • Plan, develop, and implement effective sales programs to meet and exceed business targets
    • Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with key partners to support long-term growth
    • Monitor and ensure inventory completeness, accuracy, and readiness to support sales efforts
    • Evaluate new product opportunities and propose inventory expansion strategies based on market needs and trends
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
    • Recommend and implement data-driven initiatives to enhance market positioning
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ideate, validate, and develop new products and features aligned with customer needs and business goals
    • Lead and manage strategic initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely and successful project delivery through strong coordination and communication

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
    • Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development roles
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
    • Excellent project management and communication abilities
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
