Your main duties in flying with us:

    • Responsible for getting new events to Tiket in Sports, K-Pop, and Beach Club events
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
    • Manage, update and trouble-shoot the on-ground TMS; Supervised ticket, man power and the system
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver exceptional customer service and meet client needs
    • Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales results, revenue forecasts, and customer feedback.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience
    • Minimal 4 years of experience in sales, highly preferred with Event background (Sports, Concert, and etc.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both orally and in writing.
    • Experienced in managing team and thrives as a team player demonstrates a strong work ethic
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
    • Success in acquiring, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
    • Knack for thinking strategically and and anticipating future consequences and trends with data analytics.
