Your main duties in flying with us:

    • Implement system and process enhancements in Workday, Catapa, and Lever to drive continuous improvement and ensure an advanced, up-to-date platform. 
    • Support the payroll process by performing data checks and integrating payroll-related information (e.g., staffing, payslips, etc.) between Workday and Catapa to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
    • Ensure employee data consistency between Workday and Catapa for new joiners, terminations, and job changes, minimizing errors and discrepancies. 
    • Monitor Lever–Workday integration and operations, including data and access management, to ensure data accuracy and seamless execution of people processes (hiring, new joiner, etc.). 
    • Manage end-to-end Workday and Catapa system processes (e.g., role assignment, restructuring, sandbox, etc.) to ensure timely and seamless execution. 
    • Troubleshoot data, system, and integration issues in Workday, Catapa, and Lever to resolve backlogs and ensure smooth operational success. 
    • Manage configuration in Workday, Catapa, and Lever (e.g., processes, notifications, security, etc.) to align with business needs and ensure smooth process execution. 
    • Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding platform and system operations to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • Experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday), payroll systems, and integrations, including tax compliance and troubleshooting. 
    • In-depth understanding of HR workflows and processes, with a focus on driving process improvements. 
    • Experience leading HR system enhancements, including module configurations and deployments. 
    • Skilled in analyzing datasets and reporting using tools like Google Sheets or Tableau. 
    • Proven ability to manage ad hoc requests, system-related projects, and meet deadlines efficiently. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English), particularly in explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
