Main Duty to fly with us
- Become a go-to person for any people team initiatives/programs related to India’s office, to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and compliant, adhering to regulatory and organizational requirements
- Lead, implement, and champion initiatives or programs related to People Directorate initiatives or programs within the respective country. Such as company policies, people services, employee benefits, learning & development, GA/procurement, and culture and engagement activities
- Build and maintain strong employee relationships to address concerns and provide support, act as point of contact within the country to ensure consistent application of company policies
- Manage employee benefits and process related claims, including health insurance enrollment and deletion for employees in India. Additionally, provide necessary resources and support within the constraints of regional and HQ policies and feasibility
- Oversee the management of office facilities and work related equipment / supplies to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace, coordinating with relevant departments to address issues within operational constraints
- Collaborate with People Strategy to organize and conduct offline training sessions for the India office to enhance employee skills and professional development, ensuring they meet organizational standards and objectives
- Lead CSR and ESG initiatives to promote a sustainable and socially responsible workplace within company guidelines
- Create and promote well-being programs to support employees' physical, mental, and emotional health
- Facilitate the onboarding & offboarding process for employees to ensure smooth integration and alignment with company culture, adhering to standard on/offboarding protocols
- In collaboration with HQ, managing legal compliance involves ensuring that tiket International adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and ethical practices.
- Lead the employee culture engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace, aligning with overall company culture initiatives such as T-Clubs, tiket anniversaries, etc
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; proficient in HR systems and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, Slack)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and or office management
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and engage with employees at all levels
- Proven ability to lead and implement people initiatives, policies, and engagement programs
- Hands-on experience managing employee benefits, claims, and workplace facilities
